Erin Harris is a licensed massage therapist with over 14 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork — and one of the most naturally gifted practitioners of her craft.
Originally from Chicago, Erin relocated to Atlanta five years ago, where she lives with her husband — her high school sweetheart — and their three children. She brings to every session the same quality she brings to her life: warmth, steadiness, and a genuine commitment to the people in her care.
Erin has been part of THE LIVING team since its earliest days, and her presence is woven into the experience of this studio in the most essential way. She is known for creating an environment where the body feels immediately safe to soften — where tension releases not because it is forced, but because it is finally met with the right kind of attention.
Her work is guided by deep listening. She reads the nervous system, responds to the tissue, and shapes each session around what the body is actually asking for — not what a protocol dictates. Clients consistently describe leaving her table feeling not just physically restored, but genuinely held.
Erin finds particular fulfillment in easing chronic pain, dissolving stress that has accumulated over time, and helping clients reconnect with a body that has been carrying more than it should.
